For over 25 years, Vicki has been supporting people in creating and achieving a variety of self directed change designed to improve their psychological and physical health. Vicki uses a combination of Neurobiology, Contemplative Practices and Psychology, known as Neuropsychology, Cognitive Behavioral strategies, Motivational strategies.Vicki has expertise in Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, and Substance Use Disorders.

 

Vicki’s interest lies in supporting your natural change process, helping you understand how human being’s make change, the way the Mind/Brain Organ System works, and how to use your naturally occurring Awareness and Mindfulness.

 

She is especially interested in supporting you in making the changes you want to make in your life, and to reinforce your natural desire to be happy.
