Bruce Kiefaber, RYT200
Whether playing soccer, skiing or just strolling down the bike path, Bruce loves to move, brining flow and creativity to all the ways he moves. Over the past 16 years he has leaned that the discipline and focus of an on-going yoga practice can be more physically intense and athletic than many sports and his teaching style reflects that fusion of flow, athleticisim and yogic principles. He merges the creative and the practical, always looking for interesting way sto encourage the body to engage the mind in movement, stressin full range of motion in every way the body can move.
