Anne Miller, DMD, CYT
Anne came to yoga as a long-time runner, looking to improve her core strength.Through her practice, she realized the extent to which her inflexibility was affectingher running and overall fitness. Yoga allowed her to immediately achieve morebalance, strength, and flexibility.
After ten years of practice, she learned the mental aspects of yoga as well, gaining a deep appreciation of the vital connections betweenmind and body.
Anne enjoys helping others to achieve their fitness goals through yoga, and hopes toshare this surprise of the many additional benefits of a regular yoga discipline.
Having practiced as a dentist since 2004, Anne also brings her healthcare experienceand knowledge of the body to her teaching.
Anne received a certification in Power Flow and completed an additional 100 hour training in hot yoga.
